Matt Brannagan is a dedicated clinical psychology student currently completing his PhD in Clinical Psychology at Saybrook University. With a passion for humanistic and existential psychotherapy, Matt believes in empowering clients to explore their innermost thoughts, values, and experiences in a safe and supportive environment. Drawing from his training in cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and strengths-based approaches, Matt adopts a holistic approach to therapy, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual, couple, or child he works with. Particularly drawn to working with veterans, Matt brings a compassionate and empathetic approach to his practice, aiming to support clients in their journey towards healing and personal growth.
